Every year, right here in the United States, 17,000 children are abducted into sex trafficking. Child victims of trafficking are recruited, transported, transferred, harbored or received for the purpose of exploitation. They may be forced to work in sweatshops, on construction sites, in houses as domestic servants, on the streets as child beggars, in wars as child soldiers, on farms, in traveling sales crews, or in restaurants and hotels. Some are forced to work in brothels and strip clubs or for escort and massage services. On average, each child is sold 10-15 times a day. Child trafficking is a $32 billion a year business and the only thing standing between your child and the traffickers are organizations that undertake daring and dangerous rescue operations all around the world. These organizations are made up of ex special forces and law enforcement volunteers who risk it all to save children from this atrocious industry.
